We came to Annie's from Strawberry Plains after the Hummingbird Festival. From the first moment we walked in we were treated like family. The food was delicious. It's prepared like a true southern meal should be - the meat and vegetables were cooked and spiced just right. The atmosphere is homey and welcoming. We will definitely return and can recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic southern food. One side note: the location has changed and she is now on Craft St. /hwy 4/7.

Annie's has moved to a new location. About half mile before US 78 headed south from downtown on MS 7. Check out her new location. Same great food, service and hugs from Annie.

Apparently Annies is now closed...permanently. This makes me sad.

The service was ok, the servers could have been more outgoing and friendly. The food was average ,nothing mind blowing. I had fish (pretty good), Mexican corn(tasted like its was accidentally Mexican because it had very little Mexician additives) and cake for desert(best part of the meal). But compared to other places in this area this is probably the best it gets.

I got a hug from Annie! The food was so good and orginal from what I am used to. We stumbled onto Annie's by accident. We walked in not sure what to expect, but walked out wanting to bring Annie and her staff with us back north so that way we can experience the great cooking and hominess the restaurant has.
